📦 Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, typically within a few working days unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard items: £3.99
  • Larger items: £7.49

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the items in your order.

Shipping Methods

We primarily use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for most deliveries.

However, we may use Evri or other couriers at our discretion depending on parcel size, weight, or location.

Delivery Locations

  • United Kingdom – Fully supported
  • United States – Available

We do not currently ship to the EU.

If you are located outside the UK or US (but not in the EU), feel free to contact us before ordering and we may be able to arrange delivery.

⏱ Dispatch & Delivery Times

Orders are usually dispatched within a few working days unless the item includes a custom paint job, at which point delivery estimates can go up to 2 weeks, however this is an excessive estimation.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 2–4 working days after dispatch
  • US: Varies depending on location and customs

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays outside of our control.

🔁 Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Item must be returned in appropriate packaging

Return Costs

  • Returns are paid for by the customer
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns
  • We expect to process refunds within 3 working days of receiving the item back.

🔄 Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges where possible.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first so we can arrange this properly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Custom painted items
  • Custom printed items
  • Personalised or made-to-order products

These items are exempt from returns unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

❗ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and details of the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the problem quickly, either through replacement or refund where appropriate.
